Service description

Otoha is a local music player and music learning tool with audio import, media library playback, lyrics, subtitles, transcription, learning records, AI-assisted understanding, DJ queueing, and show effects.

Otoha is not a music streaming service. You are responsible for owning or obtaining the rights needed to use audio, lyrics, artwork, RSS episodes, and other content.

Your content and copyright

You retain your rights in content you import, create, or enter. You are responsible for making sure the source and use of that content are lawful, including import, playback, transcription, editing, sharing, and use with AI features.

Do not use Otoha to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights, or to upload, share, or request processing of content you are not allowed to use.

AI features

Otoha AI explanations, AI DJ, AI shows, and related recommendations may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable results. You are responsible for reviewing and judging output before relying on it.

Cloud AI requires an active subscription or entitlement. To generate results, Otoha may send necessary text, lyrics or subtitle excerpts, song metadata, user instructions, and context to the configured AI service. Do not submit sensitive, unlawful, or unauthorized information.

Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store. Pricing, trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow App Store rules and the information shown at purchase time.

Cloud AI access may be affected by entitlement state, quota, fair use, regional availability, model providers, or service status. We may adjust models, providers, or technical implementation while preserving the purpose of the core entitlement.

Third-party services

Otoha may connect to Apple services, AI services, online lyrics or subtitle services, RSS hosts, and cloud infrastructure. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply when those services are used.

Otoha does not fully control the availability, accuracy, pricing, limits, or changes of third-party content and services.

Acceptable use

• Do not bypass subscriptions, entitlement checks, access limits, or security measures.
• Do not abuse, attack, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer Otoha, Cloud AI services, or related interfaces.
• Do not use Otoha to generate, distribute, or process unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to extract, expose, or misuse service credentials, model configuration, system prompts, or other non-public information.

Changes and availability

We may improve, add, adjust, or discontinue features. Online features may be temporarily unavailable because of network, platform, third-party service, regional, or device conditions.

We work to maintain the service, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every specific need.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otoha is provided as is, without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use Otoha, third-party services, AI output, or user content.

Governing law and contact

Except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your location provide otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
