Include the platform, OS version, Otoha version, steps leading to the issue, and what can be reproduced. Do not send music files, full lyrics, API keys, or other sensitive content.
Purchases and subscriptions
For App Store purchases, include the platform and type of issue. For macOS Lifetime, identify the purchase email but do not send complete payment data or a license key.
Privacy and rights
For privacy requests, rights questions, or public-content removal, state the request in the subject and include enough information to identify the relevant public material.
